Quick answers for tournament categories, registration rules, organizer tools, and common POINTAHUB status labels.
Common meanings for the level labels used in listings.
Open usually means the event is available to a broad group of players. Unless the organizer states extra rules, athletes from different skill levels may join.
Social is for casual or community play. It is usually friendlier, less intense, and suitable for players who want match experience without a highly competitive setting.
Elite is for high-level players. Expect stronger opponents, stricter competition standards, and a more serious tournament environment.
Beginner is for newer players, Intermediate is for players with regular match experience, and Advanced is for stronger players who can handle faster rallies and tougher tactics.
Amateur usually means non-professional community players. Competitive means the event may be more serious, with players expected to play for ranking, prizes, or stronger results.
